I bought this overpriced ($21) arm band to help in my tennis elbow treatment. It is uncomfortable and did not really provide relief or support. The velcro wears away quickly and after a few weeks will not hold. Also the gel pack never gets cold. I put it in my freezer overnight and the next day wore it with no effect. Go with a different brand like the McDavid tennis elbow band. It only costs about $10 and doesn't have the worthless gel pack. It does have a comfortable foam band under the velcro. It also seems to last longer.
