I do commercial heating and air conditioning work. I used to buy Mechanix brand gloves and cut off the fingertips on 3 fingers of each hand. I did this so that I was able to do smaller tasks like picking up a screw or wiring. After wearing them for a couple of weeks they would begin to fall apart. These gloves wont do that. I've put these gloves through hell and the only complaint I have is they begin to smell after awhile, which is understandable considering how much sweat they soak up. I would definitely recommend these gloves to anyone that works hard with their hands on a daily basis.
