I ordered the ankle support without the straps and tried to get it exchanged, however since I bought it at amazon warehouse, they did not have it in stock so instead of asking for credit and I really needed an ankle support, I decided to keep this one. I used it and it was a snug fit but my ankle started hurting where the straps crossed over in the front of the ankle. Tried to loosen it, no good...tried to tighten it..no good..tried ot just fit it right...still hurting..oh well. Maybe I will wait for the strapless one when they have it available
