I have nerve damage that makes it a challenge to walk without twisting my ankle. This support was easy to use (quick lace feature is great). And walking was much better and lots more stability. But I did get two pretty nasty blisters near my heel and accross the front of the ankle...so you'd better wear good socks and don't keep the brace on longer than necessary.
