I bought this product because the Heelbo that my doctor gave me was too tight. I ordered a size larger than I had in the Heelbo only to find that this elbow protector is just as tight around my arm but the padded area sits looser and doesn't cradle my elbow as well. The overall quality is better compared to the Heelbo. At least this product didn't unravel and I've even washed this elbow protector on gentle cycle. If they could figure out how to make it fit looser on the arm but tighter at the elbow it would be an excellent product. As is there is no way to order a size that is comfortable on the arm but that still cradles the elbow.
