I have severe carpal tunnel and muscle atrophy and have to wear braces most of the day and all night. These are by far the most comfortable braces I have found and I have tried alot of them! My only issue is the Velcro doesn't hold up well. However, I just did as another poster had suggested and bought at $2 pack of heavy duty Velcro, cut the existing off and used it as a template. Cut the new velcro to size and sewed it right on. The other issue was there was too much material betwen my thumb and pointer finger so i just trimmed it with some scissors, It was easy and now they are perfect! It's worth the effort, trust me! You will not find a more comfy brace anywhere...
