If you have large feet and want stiff support for some durable shoes, this is for you. Otherwise, I'd recommend against it. Here's why:

There is barely any give or flexibility. They might be made of rubber, but they may as well be made of stiff, hard plastic. I got the small size and half of my foot feels awkward because of the wide area. They add pressure to the arch when I'm running, rather than simply supporting the arch, which hurts--I have one of these in one shoe and had to take out the other because it hurt no matter how I adjust it.

The supports have a strong sticky thing on one side to help them stay in your shoe. Once you put them in, you can take them out, but you are likely to tear delicate fabrics (if there's any). Because the support is so stiff, they don't fit well into any of my shoes because none of them are quite the right shape. I have the small size support in 7.5 women's size running shoes and when I put the supports in the correct place to support my arch, the support pushes against the inside of my sneaker and creates a bulge that I'm worried will damage the seams.
