It is to early to tell if using the glove will make my thumb (which is a little bit swollen and, up to now, hurts every time I knit or crochet) any better over all, but it does help. Now, if I wear the glove, I can knit or crochet and afterwards, I have no or very little pain. So, I definitely am happy with the glove. I bought it in a medium first (since I normally need a medium glove), but it was too big, so I would suggest sizing down).
