I got the right version of this from my doctor when I was diagnosed with carpal tunnel syndrome. Sadly he didn't have a matching left and gave me something else. The left wasn't comfortable, so I purchased a matched pair of something else. They were horrible and I had to return them. I finally gave in and paid the little bit extra for this one to match my right and I should have just done that from the get-go. This brace is very adjustable, doesn't pinch your thumbs, goes far enough up your forearm to give good support, and hasn't given me any problems in wearing it every night ever since I got it.
