this one is the best! My hobby is restoring vintage, turn of the century, cast iron police call boxes and fire alarm pull stations. I am constantly sanding, scraping and sand blasting old paint from these items, creating an immediate atmosphere of "lead dust."

All paint produced before 1976 contains toxic lead! This respirator is designed to prevent inhaling lead particles! It is extremely well made, light and possesses many great features. I am MOST impressed with the ease with which I can breath normally . . no strain (at all) to inhale. A simple test of covering the 2 respirators with my hands, and trying unsuccessfully to breath "in" lets me know that there is a complete seal of the mask. When you take a break from your work, and are in an uncontaminated area, the mask "slides down" its elastic straps. Donning it again takes a second or 2 . . .
