Ok...I'm cheap. I'll admit it. These gloves were about $2.75 a pair in bulk so I took a chance and bought a dozen. After I tore a hole in my leather gardening gloves Isearced high and low for a replacement set. Unfortunately, all the "one size fits all" gloves don't fit my meat-hooks. And the gloves that do fit are thick and cumbersome; not good for gardening at all. I was NOT going to spend $10 for a pair of gloves.

I hate mud on my gloves, it makes them heavy and gets in the way. So, I looked at coated gloves and saw all the positive reviews of these gloves. Theyfit well, are coated to prevent mud from soaking through, are washable, and have excellent grippage. I have used them to pull weeds, move paving stones, handle lumber and paint a fence. When they get too dirty, they can be immersed in water to clean both the rubber coating as well as the cloth.

I gave one pair to my father-in-law and he liked them so much that he ordered a pack for himself. I expect that these gloves will last me at least 10 years, assuming I ruin one pair per year...not a bad investment at all, in my opinion. I'm cheap...what can I say.
