ACE Wrist Support Review

I got this wrist support after injuring my wrist. It was not a serious injury, but since I use my hands all the time I needed something to prevent me from constantly re-injuring myself. After considering several products - from simple bandages to much more robust brace - I decided to try this ACE wrist support. For the most part I find it very satisfactory. It is durable, flexible, and gives me enough support. It is ambidextrous so it can be used with both wrists. I also find it mostly comfortable to wear for a long time, with a couple of caveats. If I wear this support too tightly (which is pretty much given - otherwise it has no value as a wrist support) then my hand after a while starts feeling a bit numb. It is also made out of very warm synthetic material, which can cause you too feel too hot, especially in the summer. This can lead to sweating, although it has not happened to me yet.

Overall, this is fairly good product if you have a relatively minor or short-term injury. For more serious injuries I would look for something more robust, or consult a physician.
