I made an embarrassing mistake regarding this face shield and I will note it in case someone else shares my dumbness in this area. The face shield comes with a peel off laminate sheet ...... on both sides. Once the sheets are peeled off ...... the shield is very clear. If there was a sign or notice to this effect ..... I failed to recognize it. I suggest to Uvex that a little sticker indicating that there is a peel off protective sheet on both sides, might not be a bad idea. I sincerely hope this confession helps someone.
