I really like this wrist support! It is light-weight, and enables me to use my right (dominant) wrist without any nerve-pain! It works so well, that I can even bowl with it in my bowling league (and I had been afraid that I would have to stop bowling entirely, before I'd purchased this!). But what is really nice about it is that it is so comfortable, I frequently forget that I am wearing it! It comes in blue/grey, and also in light-grey/grey...I purchased the blue one; which is quite stylish (as wrist supporters go)! I bought mine in size medium. Since I am an average-sized lady, medium works well for me. I will definitely recommend this item to all of my friends, and I would purchase it again in a heartbeat!
