I tried a few other similar products and all were just too uncomfortable to sleep all night in(even one night). This one is very comfy and i have sleept everynight wearing it for two months now with no issues. I give it four stars instead of five only because the middle strap is not placed in the best spot. For me its just above the Cunbital area of my elbow, for which you want to avoid( i mean the whole point of this thing is to help calm down and irritated Ulnar nerve, not agrivate it), so it doesnt bother me, but for some it may be right on it. I am 5' 11", 180lbs, and the M/L fits perfect for me.
