I won't buy any other ribbon for my pointe shoes. For me traditional ribbon is either way too tight or it comes loose and gets baggy. I've tried every method of tying I've found, it's been a struggle. Well, until I discovered this ribbon.

This stuff is actually finely woven elastic that resembles standard ribbon. The "right" side is made to look a little shiny, but overall they appear to be matte in color. They blend in perfectly with ballet pink tights though!

These ribbons are stretchy, so they are easy on the achilles. They never get baggy, are super easy to tie, and stay tucked in. Can't ask for more!
