I bought these for replacing the cheap insoles in my rubber rain boots. These are good for that because your feet can get sweaty in a rubber boot. These absorb the sweat & have the silver ions to prevent the growth of bacteria which is what will cause your feet to stink. :( Then they can go in the wash. I actually wash them in the machine on gentle; I put them in a lingerie bag, wash them in cold water & air dry. Pedag recommends hand washing.

They are kind of narrow so if you have wide shoes, they may not fit properly. I have average feet so they fit most of my shoes and they seem to run true to size. You cannot cut these to size without ruining them.

These insoles don't provide much support so if you need extra support & padding, I would recommend the Pedag Viva Summer (Vitality) Warm Weather Orthotic w/ Semi-Rigid Arch, Met & Heel Pad, US W9/EU39P. I bought those to wear in my flats.
