For the price, I bought a number of these in different sizes for the whole family. Makes you way more visible at night of course -- but I'm also surprised how much more visible people are during the day when they wear these. On a bike tour cars can see you from 2 or 3 times further away. Great for commuting or touring. The zipper is "women's" style (that is,on the opposite side of what I'm used to), not that it matters. I was pleased that the one time I washed these (on delicate cycle, line dry), the reflective material seemed not to be harmed at all. They run pretty big. I am 195, 6-2", and normally wear the L or XL, and a XXL in winter over jackets. I keep one at work and one at home. A bit noticeable in hot weather, but breathable and lightweight.
