I purchased one of these for wrist support while working and practing guitar, because I have tendonitis. It offers a bit of support and keeps the wrist warm. It is not as good as some of the higher end supports, but for the money, it's not bad at all. It is also quite durable, as i wore mine everyday for several months with little wear. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for an inexspensive wrist support!
