They're very comfortable - no trouble sleeping with them in. Sound attentuation is excellent and broad band (neighbor noise problem solved), but the attenuation is so good, it's easy to miss ones alarm clock in the morning. A pair is typically good for a couple of weeks before the interior foam cells break down and they won't stay compressed long enough to insert them.
