I work a lot in the yard and have bought God knows how many pairs of gloves from Home Depot over the last 30 years, I have always been disappointed in Home depot gloves, no matter which of their 4 or 5 brands that I picked. They never fit well -- what they call large I would call medium. Plus, they wore out very quickly -- prune one decent sized tree and at least two of the fingers open up.
I decided to conduct an experiment. I ordered 7 different pairs of gloves on Amazon. They were all leather of one type or another. Having used them all I now believe that these gloves were the best of the lot. They were comfortable, even after repeated uses and have held up well. I live in Phoenix so the gloves are used hard --a lot of cactus and the work is done when it is very hot so the gloves get a lot of sweat. Neertheless, these gloves are getting the job done.
