I received this item well before expected and it works like a charm. My 40mm gas mask filters fit snugly into the unit and it puts out a good airflow. There is a plastic "loop" on the unit that will accept a Tac Tie or other strap to secure the unit to a belt. The unit comes with batteries and you can also order more from the same company for a decent price. I am very happy with this purchase.
